The Monday Mash-Up

Easter Eggstravagance!

EASTER maybe a time of holiday and catching up with family for many but for Stirling Gin it marked another busy weekend.

Our first Easter outing came at Patons & Baldwins Bowling Club, Alloa, where both co-owners Cameron and June McCann were on duty as we provided a gin and cocktail tasting to a thirsty group of 33 bowlers, who pictured below, certainly didn’t need any egging on!

But especially at Easter we like to make sure that our punters get ‘eggstra’ value and the bowlers were left well…err…’eggstatic’ when we also provided an exclusive tasting opportunity from our new liqueur range which will be launched later this summer.

Right now we can’t provide any further details on these drinks but suffice to say the P & B stalwarts were bowled over by them on Friday night!

Next up was an appearance by Cameron at The City Walls Mini Gin Festival in our home city of Stirling.

The City Walls is the number one Belhaven pub in Central Scotland and a truly unique watering hole, situated as it is within the city’s historic medieval walls.

With SG the only gin company kindly invited to attend by manager Alan Fowler, a busy afternoon ensued, at which our big-nosed botanical blend went down a treat with the punters and cemented its place as this hugely popular hostelry’s best-selling craft gin.

This weekend we are delighted to be making our debut appearance at the Inverness Whisky & Gin Festival.

This is something we at Stirling Gin are very excited about as we look forward to making new friends and meeting up with old chums amongst the 30+ exhibitors who will be promoting their products at a string of top venues in the Highland capital.

But returning home we are happy to report that session three (Saturday night) of this year’s Stirling Gin Festival is now a sell-out!

With the Saturday afternoon tasting not far behind and the Friday evening sampling sesh also selling steadily, if you want to experience the unique delights of what is fast becoming the most popular festival on the Scottish craft gin scene, quickly click on www.stirlingspiritcompany.scot/ and then click Stirling Gin Festival before it’s too late!

But before we go it’s only appropriate that we share an Easter Egg with you and right now at SG HQ we can promise you, as you can see from the pic below, we have the perfect refreshment to help make sure this is a truly eggsellent experience!
